Delivery Times
When you place your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by e-mail. If we are unable to dispatch an item for any reason, we will e-mail to let you know.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours; orders received by 3.30pm should be posted the same day.
Standard UK delivery is by First Class mail, and should reach you within2-4 working days - but probably quicker!
European and Worldwide delivery is by Air Mail. Please allow 5-10 working days for European delivery, or up to 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world.
All delivery times should be used as a guide only.

We estimate your delivery area based on the geographical location of your net connection. Once you have entered a delivery address, your delivery options will be changed if necessary.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any of the products, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days, provided the product has not been opened. You are required to send the product back to us at your cost, but you will receive a full refund for the original cost of postage and packing. Some products carry an additional satisfaction guarantee. Please check the packaging for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
